  • Value back will be provided as Shukrans. 100 Shukrans are equal to AED 5. For every AED 100 spent, 1% value back = 20 Shukrans

  • In order to be eligible to earn Shukrans from Standard Chartered, you must spend a minimum of AED 1,000 per month across all purchases, including purchases at Shukran participating partners and elsewhere. In addition, you will only earn Shukrans from Standard Chartered for purchases of up to AED 10,000 per month at Shukran participating partners. However, you will still earn Shukrans from the Shukran programme, as per the programme terms, without any caps. Please note there is no limit to Shukrans earned through purchases made in non-Shukran participating partners within the UAE and internationally.

  • You can collect and use your Shukrans with your Standard Chartered Shukran Titanium credit card. If you have a previous Shukran membership number, this will now be linked to your credit card. Please remember that you will only get Shukrans from Standard Chartered bank by using your Standard Chartered Shukran Titanium credit card. To use your Shukrans, simply present your Standard Chartered Shukran Titanium credit card at the cashier of any of the 400+ Shukran participating partners. You can either choose to use your Shukrans for the purchase or carry on saving your Shukrans for later.

  • Since you now have a new Shukran membership number or are using your existing Shukran membership number, you can check your Shukran balance as you would as an ordinary Shukran member. You can check your Shukran balance by either:

    • Downloading the Shukran mobile app for iOS* or Android.
    • Checking the Shukran balance printed on a purchase receipt for purchases at Shukran participating stores.
    • Log on to shukranrewards.com. You will need to preregister to access your account information.
    • Calling the Shukran Member Services Centre on 800 SHUKRAN (7485726).
    • Visiting any Shukran participating partner.

    Please note:

    • Standard Chartered will not have access to your Shukran account and will be unable to give out information related to it.
    • Shukrans earned from Shukran programme will be credited to your Shukran account as per the terms of Shukran programme.

    Through Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) available at all branches in the UAE. Mail your cheque or deposit it at any of our branches in the UAE.

    Tips for sending a cheque through mail:

    • Never send cash by post.
    • Make sure to mail your cheque before the payment date to ensure it is received on time.
    • Cross all cheques and make them payable to ‘Standard Chartered Bank’ and write your 16-digit credit card number and full name on the back of the cheque.
    • Do not staple cheques.
  • This insurance cover is NOT compulsory with your Credit Card and you do not have to apply for it if you do not want to.

    Period of Coverage: Coverage will be valid as long as the premiums are paid on a monthly basis, subject to the terms and conditions.

    Scope of Coverage: The CSI will provide insurance cover for situations where you are unable to pay the outstanding balance on your credit card in the event of:

    • Loss of life
    • Permanent Total Disability
    • Critical Illness
    • Involuntary Loss of Employment (for salaried cardholders only)
    • Temporary Total Disability (for self-employed cardholders only)

    Premium: The premium will be 0.60% of the monthly outstanding balance on your Visa Infinite card, charged monthly. There will be no premium charged for a month where the outstanding balance on your card is zero. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions to find out more details.
